Alarm Notification
- New and unacknowledged alarms are presented to the viewer immediately upon login
- Alarms are graded by status or severity
- Alarms are grouped logically by site, region or other user-defined criteria
- Audible indication is given for new alarms
Alarm Analysis
- Alarms can be analysed for reports
- Performance for sites and regions may be compared
Data Download
- Data from remote devices is logged at user-specified intervals
- Data files can be customised and downloaded
- Files are CSV format for simple import into Excel and other spreadsheets
Process View
- Process views or mimics are provided to aid visualisation of the remote process
Trend
- Logged data may be displayed on a historical trend
- Trend parameters are user-defined
Control
- For use when the remote devices performs control tasks
- Control parameters may be defined and sent to the remote device
- Current control values are displayed for reference
SMS Forwarding
- Alarms may be forwarded to field engineers for immediate action
- Forwarding can be to individuals or groups
Email Forwarding
- If the alarm is non-critical it may be forwarded as email for reference
